Sir ji, mai jb khana khata hu to dakar nahi aati, jb aati hai tb nak aur muh me khana wapas aa jata hai, dinner k baad raat 3 se 4 ghante baitha rhta hu, dakar k dar se so bhi nahi pata.
Dinbhar dakar ruka huA, fansa hua lgta hai. 🥺😭😭
Cigarette sharab nahi pita hu, mere sare dost pite hai, lekin y bimari mujhe hi kyo hui.😣

जिसको ऐसिड रिफ्लेक्स प्रोब्लम है। वो खाली पेट अच्छी कम्पनी की pantop टैबलेट लेते रहे।अगर गोली नही लोगे तो ऐसिड खाने की नली को खराब कर देगा । ओर खाने की नली में परमानेंट जलन जी गबराहट होता रहेगा और कैंसर भी हो सकता है। इसलिए लापरवाही नही करे और रोज एक गोली लेते रहे। ओर जिस चीज से ज्यादा दिक्कत होती है । वो ना ही खाए।

Sir, gastritis ke liye bhi same diet rahege kya , mujhe kai baar mild se mild cheez bhi stomach ke pass fansi hyue se lagti hei jo neeche push hone mein hours laga dete hei aur itne der mera full body disturbed ho jata hei, plz kuch suggest krein 🙏
From past 1.5 year I am suffering from acid reflux getting morning vomiting (sometime sour sometime bitter) and coughing (mostly in morning everyday) and some time in the morning my throat start burning like I feel I have throat infection but it's get normal after 1-3hrs then I am not feeling like eating anything and sometime I get sick weakness, dizziness .. i have taken homoeopathy medicine getting some short term relief for few month and then again this same thing continue but my coughing got no solution almost everyday i cough a lot for 30min …anybody having same kind of problem so please let me know
